Dear all,

The topic list for the final exam of the deep learning course is fixed now. Please start doing it from now for the final exam.

The final exam date is planned to happen at the end of October or at the beginning of November. Please check the ERP for official exam date.

Here are the requirements for the final exam:

1- Interview time: Around 10 minutes for each group. The order of presentation is attached with this announcement.

2- Submit a tutorial report in pdf format, which contains:

• A description of the input and output of your project
• A description of obtained outcomes of your project
•  github or website link based on that you build your project
• A link to download the dataset you used for your project
• A flow to explain the steps of methods of the project. 
• A short tutorial to explain how the source code files are used to run your project

                   Name your tutorial report as: Your_Group_ID_Report

3- You are required to submit the source code files of the project to the google drive folder of the course 

                    Name your source code as: Your_Group_ID_your_file_name1 

                                                                    Your_Group_ID_ your_file_name2 

                                                                     ……………

4- The deadline of submission is 24h before the time of the final exam. After this time, no more submission is accepted and the group without submission will get the zero mark of the final exam.

Here is the official announcement for your preparation for the final exam project of Deep Learning course:

- Everyone must register to a group, in this link. One group must have 6-7 members.

- Every group needs to propose one topic for the final exam with the following conditions:

1. Two groups cannot have the same topic. Otherwise, you have to speak together to change the topic.
2. Your coding cannot be equal to any existing notebook files.
3. Provide the link to the public dataset you used or created by yourself.
4. You must use deep learning models and framework in your topic.

- The teachers will check and validate your topics before you start doing them.

- Deadline to register the group and topic is one week after this announcement. It means it will be next Saturday (4/10/2025).
