Subject Assessment
Announcements on assessments of CG subject 2023
Dear students,
As announced in the class, the Midterm test will take place this Saturday morning (11th, March). You should review all contents discussed in slides (1-5). You are asked to bring your laptop with a battery fully charged.
Moreover, your group projects need to be kicked off soon.
+ Size: 4-5 students (5 is more preferable)
+ Task: to build an OpenGL application (or game) to demonstrate what you have learned:
Loading 3D models from files
Texturing & Coloring
Illumination, Lighting
Keyboard and (or) mouse interaction
Advanced techniques: animation,bump mapping, shader, parametric curve, and surface.
+ Registration: (specify members, contact point, topic). Deadline: 12th March 2023.
+ Outcome: presentation (about next 02 weeks, see timetable), slide, source code.
You have to define clearly which sections of code and resources you borrow from somewhere, if any.
